Property and Real Estate Division has completed and sold several housing complexes in Medan city thru P.T. Jati Masindo. Currently, P.T. Jati Masindo is planning to build 2 (two) apartment towers on an area of 2 (two) hectares nearby the previous housing complex and Emerald Garden Hotel while P.T. Anugerah Dirgantara Perkasa, that owns 30 (thirty) hectares of landbank in the centre of Medan city, is in preparation to be developed to become luxury housing complex. In addition, Mujur Group owns and manages a four star hotel (Emerald Garden Hotel) in the centre of Medan city, Hotel Wisata Indah (a three star hotel) and Sibolga Marine Resort at Central of Tapanuli Regency.
